Welcome to Celina Copiers & Printers Repairs Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern the rental, service, and use of our office equipment, including copiers and laser printers. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

  1. Rental Agreement

1.1. All rental agreements are subject to a signed contract specifying the rental terms, pricing, equipment specifications, and maintenance terms.

1.2. The customer is responsible for the proper use and care of the rented equipment.

1.3. Any damage beyond normal wear and tears will be the responsibility of the customer.

1.4. The equipment remains the property of Celina Copiers & Printers Repairs Solutions and must be returned in working condition at the end of the rental term.

  1. Payment Terms

2.1. Rental fees are due monthly unless otherwise stated in the contract.

2.2. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement.

2.3. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, Celina Copiers & Printers Repairs Solutions reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and retrieve the equipment.

  1. Maintenance and Repairs

3.1. Routine maintenance and service will be provided as part of the rental agreement.

3.2. Any service outside of standard maintenance, due to misuse or negligence, will be charged separately.

3.3. Customers must report any equipment malfunctions or issues within 24 hours to avoid service interruptions.

 4. Equipment Use and Restrictions

 4.1. Customers shall not modify, disassemble, or tamper with the rented equipment.

4.2. The equipment may only be used for business purposes and not for illegal or unauthorized activities.

4.3. Subleasing or transferring the equipment to third parties without written consent is prohibited.

  1. Liability and Indemnification

5.1. Celina Copiers & Printers Repairs Solutions is not responsible for any business losses, data losses, or operational downtime caused by equipment failure.

5.2. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company against any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from misuse of the equipment.

  1. Termination of Agreement

6.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

6.2. Celina Copiers & Printers Repairs Solutions reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the customer violates any terms stated herein.

6.3. Upon termination, all equipment must be returned in good working condition.

  1. Governing Law

7.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Texas. 7.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

  1. Amendments and Modifications

8.1. Celina Copiers & Printers Repairs Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

8.2. Customers will be notified of any significant changes in writing or via email.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
